Cross-checking of complication dx of Bronchoscopy/Laryngoscopy (779) vs TISS28 item Endoscopy (any type of scope) in the ICU (T43).
TISS28 item T43 without Bronchoscopy/Laryngoscopy dx
TISS28 refers to any scope, so dx 779 is not required at the same time. and dx797.
Bronchoscopy/Laryngoscopy dx without TISS28 entry 43
Is there a scenario where this would be allowed? "I just looked up Laryngoscopy [1]. It doesn't seem to require any endoscopy." That would mean if a laryngoscopy was done, a fill endoscopy might not have been. If this were possible, this check would give false-positives. If not possible then this half of the test could be implemented. Template:Potential ChangeTemplate:Discussion
Will we want this cross-check in ICD10/CCI? If so what will be the details? Ttenbergen 00:15, 2017 December 12 (CST)
Data Integrity Checks
No idea if this was implemented. Doubt it since there is still a question above.
