We have "poisoning by non-pharmaceuticals" codes for substances that have no pharmaceutical use. The lack of pharmaceutical use is the reason why these codes have no counterparts for overdoses, adverse events, etc.  
*These are not pharmaceutical agents, and with the exception of [[Alcohol (ethanol), poisoning]] and [[Cocaine, poisoning (overdose)]], they are all exclusively poisons
*To qualify here, there must be a threat to life, or limb, or to functioning for one or more organs.
