I notified the [[eHealth Service Desk]] that the regional server has been slow over the last few days. They explained that the server is overtaxed and they are aware of it. They are hoping to re-boot it over the next few days, but with >1500 users this needs to be coordinated first. They are also looking at upgrading and moving people off this server to lighten its load. | |||
What this means for us is that we will need to be extra careful to check that the server is up and responsive before synching. If it takes more than 5 seconds to bring up the regional server when you double-click on the link, consider synching another day. | |||
