Fix if any shortcuts are missing or incorrect

  1. Open the regional server
    • Regional Server shortcut if available
    • navigate directly to Regional Server (full address: \\ad.wrha.mb.ca\WRHA\REGION\SHARED\ICU_DATA_COLLECTION\) if no shortcut
  2. navigate to Maintenance directory
  3. run (double-click) Desktop install.bat
