Who has wireless that work on wards

HSC

Have wireless:

• wards
• SICU
• Medical Records
• B3/D5
• D4
• NB: most areas require a re-boot to wireless system when moving through the site areas.

Intermittent:

• GF216

Do the following still not have wifi? : No wireless: MICU CCU IICU Medical Records (has plug connections available in audit area) Death desk I don't have any problems with wifi in MICU, CCU, IICU, and MR. The death desk can be slow sometimes.--Jvelasco 07:33, 2019 March 22 (CDT)

• available in the data collection office and N1N, N1S, N3W, N3E, N2W, N2E and in MICU.
• not available in Medical Records but access to a hard drive computer is always available for wiki,EPR,email.

Oak

• Wireless is available in all areas of the hospital.

Gra

• WRHA network is available in all locations
• MTS Wifi hotspot is available at Tim Horton's (this would work to review wiki, but not for sending or EPR access)

StB

• We do not have wireless in the data offices either because they are not located within the hospital. Our offices are in the Education Building which is not a clinical area. --LKolesar 09:29, 2016 November 30 (CST)

Wireless setup

To use wireless networking, eHealth needs to do the following:

• ensure that the laptop is added to the wireless networking list
• ensure that the drivers are set up right

Both of this is done as part of Laptop Setup.
