** we made an access  S:\MED\MED_CCMED\CCMDB\Legacy_TMS_Data\Legacy_TMS_Data.mdb where we saved the Lab, Pharm and TISS76.  we labeled the tables L_Labs_pre_2014_Aug, L_Pharmacy_pre_2012, L_TISS76.  Not sure if we  have this info somewhere in WIKI? - [[User:JMojica|JMojica]] 16:19, 2021 November 25 (CST)

L_Pharm was a table that contained the pharmacy data until the 2012-01 change in pharmacy collection. It included the frequency and quantity of drugs used in the ICU. The table was moved into Legacy TMS Data.mdb as L_Pharmacy_pre_2012 table when we stopped using it for new collection.

Deleted from ccmdb_data.mdb 2012-10.
