The S_ files and tables are where the content for the standardized drop-downs is stored. S_ stands for "Standardized", in contrast to the "L" Files.
Management of Master List
The s_files are centrally managed and should not be changed locally. Local changes would be wiped out next time a centralized update is applied. Usually changes are made by Trish.
