The S_ tables are part of the [[CCMDB.mdb]]. All changes to s_ tables need to be made to the Master version of the CCMDB.mdb and [[Rolling out changes|rolled out]].  
The s_files are centrally managed and should not be changed locally. Local changes would be wiped out next time a centralized update is applied. Usually changes are made by [[Trish Ostryzniuk | Trish]].
