Now that everyone works for the region, perhaps a system should be implemented whereby anyone who wishes to work extra above their code or any casuals can sign up for vacation relief shifts anywhere. Perhaps this could be done on the regional server where the vacation planner is located? I know here at STB we have no coverage for vacation relief this summer so far and I am sure other hospitals have this issue as well --LKolesar 12:29, 16 July 2010 (CDT)
