*I noticed this problem after you reinstalled all programs on my computer on July5,13. The batch of files # 27 I sent on June 26th and had deleted have reappeared as sent,I was able to delete these ones ok. But batch #28 which was sent on July 3rd were only marked as complete, even though I changed them to complete on the main database page I was unable to delete them. I contacted Trish and she walked me though how to change the record status through from COMPLETE to SENT.
