This article contains links to pages (and headings if applicable) in the order of priorities of changes. Primarily it's a tool for Tina and Trish to communicate, but if you have a problem with the prioritization please feel free to comment.

1. Pull down - need a check for locked centralized.mdb on Regional Server-Trish Ostryzniuk 14:41, 2014 April 10 (CDT)
2. Importer to centralized- Version 2014-04-07 L_Tasks is empty (N=0)
3. Importer of RAW to centralized: is missing 2 files. Study GRA_W3-Study 107,114 (serial 6933) & 107,121(serial 6951). They are in Ed's MedTMS, they are in the export to RAW (April 7) but they are missing when imported into centralized.
   • RESOLVED. S_AdmitDischarge Table was missing NG. added it to X:\CCMDB\Centralized_import_from_Ed\Centralized Import From Ed.mdb.Trish Ostryzniuk 16:54, 2014 April 10 (CDT)
4. Centralized Front End.mdb: re: S_AdmitDischarge Table- need to add Nursing Home GRA - NG to the master front end mdb. It is missing there also. Tina, is the master centralized Front End mdb the one on X? I have updated this s-table on X, so if I am correct you can delete items 3 & 4 after your have reviewed and consider this problem RESOLVED. Thanks. - Trish Ostryzniuk 17:26, 2014 April 10 (CDT)

8. integrate TISS28 Scanning quality checks into front end.
   • tblPatientDateViewSAS not being updated in TISS28.mdb.Trish Ostryzniuk 16:52, 2013 April 5 (EDT)
   • TISS28 data specifications Views and completeness for form checking. Include those that Pagasa is using printed out registry list to manually check TISS before scanning. Pagasa and Julie have made a LIST and put it on X under TISS28. -more work to do here Fred with Julie.Trish Ostryzniuk 16:52, 2013 April 5 (EDT)

9. Apache Value Reconciliation

To do before go-life

1. Process for editing between send weeks? How to manage master centralized.mdb and Front end and PHI.mdb each week.
2. Edit process in new database if accidently deleted field or file when editing master mdbs in main office: back up before Edit, then back up after edits complete? Back up to which location?
3. Record Status field: Vetted - how will this process be applied by processor.
