All data collection laptops have a minimum of the following desktop shortcuts. These are located on the all users desktop (different file location for Win XP vs Win 7). They are usually copied there by [[Laptop files copier.bat]] or [[All shortcuts fixer.bat]].

The following are the same for all laptops
* ccmdb programs shortcut

* Output Folder
* [[Regional Server]]
* SD Card
* [[Transfer Tracker.mdb]]
* RIS/PACS
The following rely on file locations that are different in Windows 7  vs XP so there are separate directories:
* CCMDB wiki (i.e. to http://ltc.umanitoba.ca/ccmdb/) recent changes
