Con pointed out that there are inconsistent coding practices re. the use of this dx and Insulin Shock. Con/Trish, could you explain and remind me where we left off? Ttenbergen 15:34, 2015 July 9 (CDT)
So there would be no circumstances under which this code would be used any longer? If so we should inactivate, ie. make impossible to code in future.
*Dr Garland felt that under poisoning, accidental or toxicity should not be used. We should be using Insulin Shock.--CMarks 07:41, 2015 July 13 (CDT)

** During that meeting I tried to find out if we would then _ever_ code "Hypoglycemics (oral or insulin)". The answer seemed to be yes, but I could not figure out under which circumstances it would be coded. Could you give an example, please? Ttenbergen 11:05, 2015 July 13 (CDT) discussion
