The creatinine field contains a patient's Serum Creatinine in umols/l. It is collected as part of Apache Score.

Maximum value exceeded
There are occasional cases of lab results that exceed the maximum permitted value for creatinine. I would like to track this to find out how common this is, and whether we should therefore increase the max. The following is a list of cases:
