The LastOpened_DtTm field contains the time the record was last closed with the "Close - with updates" button. This will usually be the last time the collector updated the record.
The field shows in that shows in the Patient List and can't be edited manually, only by using the "Close - with updates" button. If the "Close - No updates" button is used the time is not updated.
