For some reason, for some time until 16:25, 2012 December 19 (EST) "10305 - CHF - 2nd to hypertension" had been set to be a comorbid only for Medicine, but not for critical care. So, no medicine collectors would have been able to enter this. Corrected in CCMDB.mdb_Change_Log_2012#ver_2012-12-19. Ttenbergen 16:25, 2012 December 19 (EST)
