Under ICD10 antibiotic resistance will be combined coded with the pathogen/condition.
If the bug is resistant to antimicrobials, the infection/bug combination should be combined with a code for antibiotic resistance -- thus in this situation there may be 3 or more codes all combined together (the infection, the bug, the antibiotic resistance(s)).

- a co-coded category:Infection requiring pathogen and a pathogen for a minimum of 3 combined codes
- a co-coded category:Infection with implied pathogen, for a minimum of 2 combined codes
- need to confirm that the dx articles on the wiki are right
- need to update the articles: ab resists don't always require 3 since could be with implied.
