Reconnect check missing L Tables content query

The CFE quality assurance query NDC_Missing_Ls will list any patient who

• is <any Recordstatus> and doesn't have at least one entry in
  • L_Dxs
    • For Record Status L dx only include Sent and Vetted not Incomplete.Template:Discussion (Ptorres)
      • The whole discussion started because Julie uses the Dx data even for incompletes. Are you sure I should remove them? Ttenbergen 15:59, 2016 January 25 (CST)
