ICD10 collection

This article provides general information about collecting and coding ICD10 diagnoses.

They are entered in CCMDB.mdb in the Patient viewer tab ICD10.

The following fields are used:

• ICD10 diagnosis
• Dx_Date
• Dx_Type
• Dx_Priority

Some diagnoses are coded as several lines of data as combined ICD10 codes.
