Accept_Loc_Park is for non-inpatient direct admits who were Parked in ER. It is the most recent "sent from" non-inpatient location where the decision was made to accept the patient to a Medicine/Critical Care service.

Data Collection Instructions

for non inpatient arriving at a ward/unit via parked in ER

• Enter the following in tmp:
  • Project: Accept_Loc_Park
  • Item: (the location as per drop down)
    • this is essentially a subset of s_dispo...
  • Date, Time, integer, real, checkbox are not used

• If item isn't available on the drop down list, do we write it in column Q? For example, I have patients coming from nursing station, which aren't listed as an option in the drop down.Mlagadi 14:01, 2017 December 7 (CST)

      • We didn't include nursing stations because we only exported from s_dispo table the lines that have loc_type ER, not = Nursing Station. Do we want those? Do we want to think of them as ERs? Ttenbergen 15:51, 2017 December 9 (CST)
        • Nursing station is like an ER, urgent care, wards, etc. Yes add it, but don't have to put ER. I believe julie replied.
          • Nursing stations have to be added in the downlist. Has this been done? if so, we can delete this discussion. Thanks.--JMojica 11:27, 2018 January 5 (CST)
            • 2017_Jan_9: s_tmp was exported from CCMDB today and the Nursing stations were added. (We used the nursing stations that are listed in S_disop. (33 of them)). Tina, Pagasa needs help to import the updated S_tmp into CCMDB and then roll out. Email sent to Tina with hyperlink to where the updated s_tmp is located. • If column Item in Project Accept_Loc_park has an entry, then the Previous Location must be <your hospital> ER (parked) and not any other entry.
