Template:Discussion

  1. ABO blood type:
    • A
    • B
    • AB
    • O
  2. LV ejection fraction from intra-op TEE(Transesophageal echocardiogram), BEFORE Cardiopulmonary bypass:
    • <20%
    • 20-29%
    • 30-49%
    • 50% or greater
  3. Right ventricular function from intra-op TEE BEFORE cardiopulmonary bypass:
    • Normal
    • Mildy depressed
    • Moderately depressed
    • Severely depressed
      • NOTE: if the documentation says mild-moderate or moderate to severe, then coding would be towards the worse value-eg. Mild-moderate would be recorded as moderate and moderate-severe would be recorded as severe.

Implementation considerations

  • Would like to add the following items to TMP for CICU. Approved by steering. ...-Trish Ostryzniuk 17:27, 2013 January 18 (EST)
    • I think this is already in requested changes, will do as I get to. Is there any urgency/timeline for this? Ttenbergen 11:11, 2013 January 21 (EST)
      • yes, would like it added this week. Lois needs to get it going before she goes on a bit of a leave.Trish Ostryzniuk 11:56, 2013 January 21 (EST)
  • Not sure if you want to put in in TMP then move it into new database repository. Like TMSX, Tmp is not very "flexible".-Trish Ostryzniuk 17:27, 2013 January 18 (EST)
    • structure of tmp will not generally change for temporary studies. Since this is for only one ward, I'd suggest we keep it in tmp in future also, since it would take up GUI space for everyone if I put it elsewhere. We can discuss changing permanent/everyone things like postal code for new repository. Also: where things go in repository and how they look on collector laptops are two totally separate things. Trish, you and I might want to discuss this further. Ttenbergen 11:11, 2013 January 21 (EST)
