BP Helper button

The BP Helper button on the Patient viewer tab APACHE in the CCMDB.accdb opens the BP Helper form (L_BPs form). In this form you can enter any Apache-eligible Diastolic BP and Systolic BP you find for a patient. The form will automatically calculate the Mean BP value and associated Apache score for the entered ABG. Clicking on the "pick" button will enter the chosen values into the ABG fields in the viewer form.
