S AllDiagnoses table

The S AllDiagnoses table contains the diagnoses that can be entered into L_Dxs. In Access, a filtered subset of this table also contains the values that can be entered into L_Como. On the PDA L_Como values are defined by the S CharlsonComorbids table instead.
