Cognos data not showing up in ADT tab
There are cases where the Cognos data doesn't show up in the Patient Viewer Tab Cognos ADT2 when new patient data is entered. I need some more info and testing to figure out under what circumstances this happens so I can fix it.
Next time this happens could you try the following:
- Take note of what you had just done before, e.g. entered a new patient from Cognos Admitter and not modified any data in the patient yet
- If there is still a “pen” () showing up on the top left side of the form, click it so it turns into a triangle. Does the Cognos data now show up?
- Once there isn't a pen, try clicking the "F5" button in the top row of your keyboard. Does the Cognos data now show up?
- If you exit and re-enter the record, does the Cognos data show up then?
- Did you exclude any lines for that patient using the "exclude" button?
