The other page instructs to code ALL diagnostic and therapeutic procedures performed at the same time, but this is worded like we code differently. For example, if a colonoscopy was done and an inspection to the jejenum was done and then a biopsy was taken in the colon, this makes it sound like we should could Biopsy (endoscopic) + Small intestine (D), which is inaccurate. If we all agree that we code the way it is written on CCI Collection#Related Imaging, Diagnostic and Therapeutic procedures performed at the same time, I can update this page.
