Legacy
It was realized in Jun 2021 that this field isn't being sent from CCMDB.accdb to Centralized data.mdb. It was realized a the same time that we don't actually use the data in this field for anything. So, instead of fixing the sending we decided at Task Team Meeting - Rolling Agenda and Minutes 2021 Jun 15 to retire the field.
