Created APACHE Chronic query

The Created_APACHE_Chronic query in CFE provides a replacement of the Chronic Health APACHE field to the Created_Variables_Common_maker_2021 query.

The query needs to eventually be triggered when the button "calc created variables" on the front screen of CFE is pressed.

• For records with Dispo DtTm afterthe transition date it provides a count of the qualifying diagnoses as per L_ICD10_APACHE_Comorbids query
