Query L ICD10 Charlson component points

Query L ICD10 Charlson component points in Centralized data front end.accdb is part of Charlson Comorbidity scoring in ICD10 codes.

Specifically the query aggregates only the highest points per grouping, e.g. if a pt has both mild and moderate liver disease only the higher should be scored.

I am puzzled by the Having clause: Shouldn't that be Comorbid and Admit? It's been however it is for some time, and the wiki page doesn't explain why it would be "acquired". I am flagging this question on that page, lets discuss or document further on there. see below which is from Charlson Comorbidities in ICD10 codes
