General Information
- This unit has served different purposes over the years. (Burn unit, COVID ICU, Pediatric ward, MAID beds) Currently it is being utilized by the pediatric population.
- It used to be referred to as JKL3 as a Boarding Loc for our purposes, on Feb 9, 2025 it has now changed to JK3 Boarding Loc
- If required JK3 will become the High Consequence Pathogen Unit (HCPU) and will be under MICU management
