To use wireless networking, eHealth needs to do the following:

  • ensure that the laptop is added to the wireless networking list
  • ensure that the drivers are set up right

Both of this is done as part of Laptop Setup. However, especially when deploying to STB, there often seem to be problems with the wireless upon delivery... not sure why, need to look into.

    • The data collection office, library, medical records and one of the medical floors have wi-fi (ICU does not). I can connect to webmail and the wiki from these areas. Marie 16:09, 2012 November 26 (EST)

    • our office at SMD has wireless, and I think there is some on the 7th floor....
