S-tables

The s-tables are where the content for the standardized drop-downs is stored. "S" stands for "Standardized", in contrast to the L-tables.

The s-tables are part of the CCMDB.mdb. All changes to s-tables need to be made to the Master version of the CCMDB.mdb and rolled out.
