Re-sending data

For a collector or data processor to re-send a patient, you need to do the following:

1. In your ccmdb.data.mdb: set the patient Record Status field to "complete" from "sent"
   • if data processor is doing the resending, she must obtain the latest backup copy ccmdb.data.mdb of the affected sending site from the DATA folder on the Regional server and copy it to her desktop into her C:\ccmdb.data folder.
   • processor must make sure she also has the LATEST ccmdb.program.
2. contact the Data Processor and ask her to
   • change the patient's Record_Status in Centralized_data.mdb to "Incomplete"
   • ensure Clean-up required when re-sending is done
3. re-send with a "b" in your batch, e.g. 33b
