Designated sending times

Because the Data Processor needs dedicated access to Centralized_data.mdb the time during which collectors are able to send is limited as follows:

  • Wednesday
  • Thursday up to 13:00 hrs

You cannot send on Monday, Tuesday or Friday because the main office is processing and doing QA checks and edits etc on the master database which is pulled off the Regional Server on these days.
