Biopsy during Bronchoscopy/Laryngoscopy
We track the scope however, we do not track if a biopsy was taken during the scope. Please do not code Other Procedures (pulm/thoracic) or Open_Lung_Biopsy along with the Bronchoscopy. We are not tracking if a biopsy was taken during a bronchscopy. If anyone wants to know down to that level of detail, then we advise them they will have to audit bronch cases to drill down further on their own.Trish Ostryzniuk 18:08, 2014 April 23 (CDT)
