CCMDB Collection STOP for some Registry & some TMP entries
For patients with a dispo date after July 1, 2016 @ 00:00 the old fields that are being replaced with Dispo will NO longer be required. That means you will NO LONGER need to FILL in the following fields for them:
Registry tab
- Admit date and time
- Admit from, local admit ward (Var 1 - Admit-from Ward)
- Hospital previous
- Transfer Ready date and time
- Discharge date and time
- Discharge to, local disch. Ward (Var 2 - Discharge-to Ward)
- Survive / Expired
- ICU Var 3 - Overflow
- ICU Var 4 - Parked in ER
- ICU Var 5 - Overflow
- ICU Var 6 - AMA
- tmp tab
We will reconcile the tabs once the last patients requiring the old data are gone to eliminate the old fields and combine the remaining ones with the new dispo tab.

Organization of Information
For more information on using this wiki, see Communication via this wiki and Editing Tips.
To add a Discussion to any article see: Instruction. A discussion will automatically be added to the Questions category.
As this wiki is growing (now at 4,864 articles), the easiest way to find information is to use the "search" bar on the left side.
If you can not find information you are looking for, it might not have been added yet. In that case, make a new entry and add it to the Category:Questions category. There are instructions at that link on how to do this. Collectors are encouraged to keep an eye on that category and to answer or further qualify.
More Detailed Index
Your best bet to find information is to use the search function which can be found on the left hand side of this screen. Alternatively, here are the categories most commonly used by data collectors & main office staff..
