Blood gas, venous

This is a field that we manually collector venous blood gas counts.

Collection instructions

For every ICU patient, count how many venous blood gas tests are done during their admission.

You can find this information

Transition instructions

Count this for every patient who is in an ICU on <start date>, ie including patients who were admitted before and are not discharged yet. This will mean some back-collection for patients who have been there for a longer time.

Might want to hold off until we do the bigger round of updates to sending and data structure we have on the books. See Requested_CCMDB_changes_for_the_next_version#Data_and_Sending_related_changes Need to discuss I think.
