  • how should we distinguish the VIC changes in this table for N5 & S5?

Collection change plan for admission continuing over transition date

the plan on date of changes, any patient that is still on collection unit will be followed until discharged from that unit as change will not happen in a day. Any new admission to N5C or S5C, on change over day, Serial number will start at 150.

  • Vic_N5C-150
  • Vic_S5C-150
  • Vic_N4-150 (no C added, as this is TCA unit and not complex care patient. We don't have N4 in CFE.
