To do before de-stubbing
- clarify: does OBS mean a patient who is in the ICU for observation, or an ICU patient who has gone to obs/er?
- Overflow to other units - Critical Care HSC and STB only still refers to this one. Looks like usage has changed. One or both locations need to be updated.
