AP Sys BP Field

• The AP Sys BP data input field records SYSTOLIC blood pressure value.

Medicine

• It is used for the MOST score.
  • for MOST - Value selected is one that is "closest to the time" the medicine service physician "accepts" the patient to the medicine service from the emergency department.

Critical Care

• It is also one of the values used to calculate the Mean BP for APACHE II.

  • I would like to separate out the missing values rules for APACHE II into another article, so that either AP SYS or Apache mean BP or any other apache item can refer to it. Suggestions??
