Error message when sending: Microsoft database engine stopped the process because you and another user are attempting to change the same data at the same time
- Solution: Open Centralized data.mdb on the Regional Server and run Compact and Repair.

STB CICU - p:Lois Bilesky; Lois was sending outside the sending window, so it isn't clear if others would have had the same problem. When Pagasa tried to send for Lois, she did get the same error.
