- List down the names and dates of patients having CRRT during the ICU stay at HSC MICU, SICU and STB ICMS, ACCU, ICCS
- also included are Chart#, Date of Birth, First day on CRRT, year, month and calendar days on CRRT and total CRRT days
- starting Oct 2016 - the reasons for CRRT are also collected as a special project
