-*RE: POST OP and NON POST OP Craniotomy:  I don’t understand how adding “craniotomy” would make anything clearer there. I mean, post-op nicely tells you “and no related OP”, so why specify? The way it looks now almost makes it look like the pt _did_ have a  craniotomy even though it says non-post-op.
