The department occasionally uses the computer labs at the Neil John Maclean library for training and collaboration.
A U of M Library ID is needed to book a lab. Tina has one, talk with her.
Booking needs to be done online at
Accounts required to log in
Usually, attendees need to have a U of M computer account to log in.
p:Tina Tenbergen has a Departmental Function Account to log groups of people into the lab's computers. Talk to Tina if you need to use this.
Recurrent meetings
To book recurrent meetings: Please submit future room booking requests by e-mail to healthlibrary@umanitoba.ca, with a subject line: Room Booking Request and include all of the following information:
- Title of Event
- Date Required
- Time Required (start to end)
- Number of People attending
- Contact Name
- UM Library ID # (14 digit number) /UM Card ID # (14 digit number) of Contact Person
- Department
- Telephone Number
- E-mail Address
