Implementation Status

All sites are at different stages of EPR implementation. EPR is fully implemented at Women’s Hospital but limited at the rest of HSC.

• lab results: Chemistry, Hematology, microbiology, ABG, VBG, DI.

Data only documented in EPR

• data listed at EPR#Data in EPR

Data documented in paper and EPR

• IPN and vital signs from ER are available in EPR documents.
• These are also printed out and included in the paper chart.

Data still recorded only outside of EPR / on paper

• everything else
