***  I am confused please clarify section 27 azoles (anti-fungal) Are we just looking for those 5 drugs or all antifungal drugs ending with the azole ? You have the Wiki listing more than the list on the page. Which drugs are we collecting? ie are we collecting metronidazole ?Flagyl Thanks

This is a list of the drugs collected for the Pharmacy collection starting January 1, 2012.

The drugs in brackets ( ) are the brand names. Some of the brand names are included. If collectors or other program members come across any other brand names that are commonly used, please add them to the chart below.

IT/Data

The master version of this list with the tool to create the image for the ccmdb.mdb is in Y:\CCMDB\Pharmacy. This is basically only the source code for ccmdb.mdb
