*I don't know if this is an error or bug in the system but if I try and enter in Var 1 or 2 slot the ward of a patient coming from or going to a ward outside my hospital it will not let me send this data in Access. Med Var 2 is used track the specific ward a patient was discharged to within the same center. If a patient is discharged to a ward outside your hospital and you know the ward they went to, please code, if not, leave Var 2 blank. Template:Discussion
