We have mailing distribution lists for all programs and locations in the Outlook Email Global Address Book.

  1. Data collector distribution lists, the names follow the convention DC_<hosp>_<program>, e.g. DC Vic Med.
    • Trish Ostryzniuk is the manager of this list.
    • there are 12 contact groups for our program.
    • DC CC - contains all the members of the ICU collection group in the city.
    • DC MED - contains all the members of the Medicine collection group in the city.
  2. Director and Manager Electronic Report distribution lists, naming convention RPT <hosp> <unit or program>, e.g. RPT STB MED, RPT STB ICMS, RPT VIC MED, etc
director use home email rather than work email, so they would not be included in any or the groups. Who ever is sending out any report must remember to include them
    • Dr Dave Easton (GRA ICU)
    • Dr Scott Cleghorn (OAK ICU)
