The count of non-ER Boarding Loc should be the same as the count of Transfer Ready DtTm tmp entry.

The above statement could be interpreted that a Transfer Ready DtTm is not collected for the ER boarding location and needs further clarification. ie. Is this consistent with the collection instruction from the Transfer Ready DtTm tmp entry article that states: For each Boarding Loc entry (incl the original ER one, if present), enter the following:

A direct one-on-one match is not possible since there is nothing to identify the undated entries to a specific Boarding Loc, so an identical count will be used as an approximation.

Does the above statement mean that for patients with several moves between medicine units (including ER) there could be several undated transfer ready entries with check boxes/comments but no dates/times? This seems prone to inadvertent entry errors? Or are data collectors to enter a matching count similar to combo codes? Could this be clarified? Thank you
