- No news on the database status
4. New Business
- 4 Rosanne welcomed back Joanna and Michelle after being redeployed since Oct 2020, and Gail has returned from Maternity leave
- 4.1 Rosanne informed the group that HSC IICU will be increasing their bed census from 8 to 10
- 4.2 Tina was invited to join this meeting because recent updates to the CCMDB have been causing a number of glitches with data entry. Many have been resolved, two remaining glitches are not being able to edit the record field from the patient List, and there is a glitch with the combiner column in the ADT2 tab. Both of these do not have a simple fix, so Tina will create a wiki page for the combiner glitch, and there is an existing wiki page for the record field. Collectors are invited to add comments, suggestions to these pages.
- 4.3 Sherry asked Tina for some minor changes to the way the date is displayed for first service DtTm when in a profile, this change was implemented by Tina April 27
