Trach Task
Task items replaced iTISS as a sampler of specific "nursing workload" items that the medicine program continues to track as QA indicators.
These items are included in: S_AllDiagnoses table which can be found in CCMDB.mdb.
Trach Task
Possible entries for Tracheostomy task:
- 100100 - Trach None
- 100101 - Trach Acute-1st 48 hrs (new trach)
- 100102 - Trach Chronic-more than 48 hrs

- need to create: Med DX Tracheostomy 77400 but Trach Not in Task
- presumably this is not only the 00 subdx we need...
- need to create: Med_Task_has_trach but no Tracheostomy
